Still not receiving notifications on charge 3, oh my god why has this issue not been resolved from last year!?!?! They can offer no update as to when resolution is expected, have tried EVERYTHING they recommend and still not working, feel like I have wasted all my money on this as it is not doing what I purchased it to do!!

I’m having the same issue. I’ve reached out to customer support multiple times to try and “troubleshoot” but nothing has helped. So annoying

This message helps resolve nothing. The troubleshooting steps don’t help. What is going to be done to resolve the issues in your side? Will a refund be issued? My boyfriend has a Fitbit and isn’t having any issues but then again he has a more expensive watch. I’m assuming that’s what I’ll need to do? Spend more money to get  product that actually works?
