Charge 3 not receiving notifications

Hi, 

My Charge 3 worked great with my old phone, but then I upgraded my phone, and no notifications are received. That was the best feature of my Fitbit Charge 3. I have done everything suggested in the various posts and forums, do you have any suggestions? My new phone is a Samsung A50.
