Charge 3 not receiving notifications

I’m no longer receiving calendar notifications or text notifications & my Fitbit is not vibrating today. It was fine yesterday. Incidentally I updated the app to 3.19 last night.

 

My settings remain unchanged. I have reset the Fitbit, reset my iPhone 11 with no luck. Prior to this, I get notifications over the past few weeks when I am talking on the phone that the call is active. Annoying. Then I couldn’t log into my account & had to get customer service to reassign my email the system had dropped.


I’m thinking of getting an Apple Watch instead. I’m over all these issues.

I understand how are you feeling and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this notifications issue. If this feature isn't working, I recommend taking a look at the article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there.

I am in the same boat! As a Fitbit user since 2016 I am extremely disappointed in how they have handled this.

 

My husband and I purchased our Charge 3s a month ago and his works PERFECTLY but mine has this issue where notifications drop out for no reason. Fitbit refuses to send a replacement for me and they just keep me running in circles with troubleshooting steps. I have also experienced a great lag in the device after all of the troubleshooting that I have done. Just going to return it before it gets too late.

 

I had a charge 2 for years and they were “working on a solution” to the notification issues for 8 months!!! After all of the resetting and reconnecting the device just stopped working completely. Since it was out of warranty I decided to purchase the 3 thinking it would all be resolved. I was wrong. Going to try my shot at an Apple Watch because I am very disappointed in Fitbit!
