My wife and I are in our 70s and use the Fitbit Charge 3 mainly to record our sleep patterns and half the time have troubles syncing our sleep time the first time, so we usually have to sync a few times before our sleep time registers.
Also I have read so many times that the bands on Fitbit break. We are in the process of getting our second Charge 3 replacement bands and as you can appreciate at our ages we are not avid sports persons, therefore I would like Fitbit to recognize they are providing inferior bands not fit for purpose and lift their game to include longer lasting bands even if it costs a couple of Dollars more, as I can imagine the numbers of watches lost when the bands give way and the wearer is not aware of it and the watch is subsequently lost.
