Hello all, seems like a lot of us are having the same trouble with this O2 monitor and the oxygen variation level graph we're supposed to see every morning. Well I've had the graph one day so far, I've tried numerous re-sets repairing it to my app, calling customer service, searching the internet with no results. Fitbit if you monitor this page would you please reach out to your customers and let us know why this is happening. I bought this device because of this feature and I'm not getting it.

It's great to see you here, @SunsetRunner.

I understand how are you feeling and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this EOV issue. If you move frequently during sleep, the movement can interfere with the light that bounces back to the sensors on your device.

To receive EOV data, note the following:

  • Make sure your Fitbit device is snug and secure before you go to sleep. For more information, see How do I wear my Fitbit device?
  • Make sure your Fitbit device is charged.
  • You must sleep 3 or more hours.

Let me know the outcome.

Thank you for the response, it has been working perfectly since I reset it a few times.
