Charge 3 not registering EOV

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My first night using it was last Wednesday and it tracked everything. It has not tracked variation in oxygen level or times restless/ awake since.

I have tried restarting it twice. I tried turning the heart rate tracker off. Then restating the device and turning it back on. I just started the 3 month premium trial to see if it made a difference. Nope. I'm hoping someone can helps me. I primarily ungraded to this model to track sleep. Thanks!

It's great to see you here, @Chellespr.

Thanks for troubleshooting this EOV issue. If you move frequently during sleep, the movement can interfere with the light that bounces back to the sensors on your device.

To receive EOV data, note the following:

  • Make sure your Fitbit device is snug and secure before you go to sleep. For more information, see How do I wear my Fitbit device?
  • Make sure your Fitbit device is charged.
  • You must sleep 3 or more hours.

Let me know the outcome.

Mine shows sleep/awake, sleep cycles and oxygen variations. I get data for restoration but no graph. Thinking of binning premium as it’s the only thing I am interested in checking
