Hi Guys, 

 

Got a new Charge 3 recently however the sleep function seems to be all over the place. I have some days where it will only track awake/restless then others where it tracks everything and gives a score however still won't charge sp02. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled however still doesn't work.

Welcome to the Community, @milloy112.

 

If you move frequently during sleep, the movement can interfere with the light that bounces back to the sensors on your device.

To receive EOV data, note the following:

  • Make sure your Fitbit device is snug and secure before you go to sleep. For more information, see How do I wear my Fitbit device?
  • Make sure your Fitbit device is charged.
  • You must sleep 3 or more hours.
