Charge 3 not saving

My Charge 3 has suddenly stopped syncing. I have removed it from the iPhone 6 and tried to reinstall, when I try to pair it, it can't see it. 

I have contacted the help Centre who told me to do the obvious and it still does not work.

Any ideas??

People need to stop removing a non syncing tracker from their Fitbit account. No you have to setup the tracker and you already know that the app can not find the tracker. 

The problem has simply been compounded. 

First is to remove the tracker from the phones Bluetooth. Then turn off any other device that the tracker has ever synced through. 

Let's try the sync steps. Why? Because you said that you have a sync issue.
