I got a new charge 3. I went through the set up and it took awhile but worked only it would not show the time. I tried to change the clock face and the app on my iphone would sit with the wheel turning and not change it. My son logged it onto his android and was able to change the clock face. Now it will not set up to my account on my Iphone. Several times it said "we found your device but then spins endlessly without connecting. Why is this so hard?
