Charge 3 not showing in Bluetooth's phone and unable to Sync

Can u advise why my charge 3 is not showing in Bluetooth and I cannot Sync.

Hello @Boblelliott. Welcome to the community forums! 

 

If your Charge 3 doesn't appear as connected under your phone's Bluetooth, I recommend opening the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request. If that doesn't work, I recommend restarting your phone and setup your Fitbit device one more time. For more information, I recommend following the steps here: How do I set up my Fitbit device?
