Notifications does not show up on wristband by holding in button?  Used to get turned off accidentally, but not there anymore. In app, checking to see what notifications I have set up to come through under my Charge 3 device, (phone, texts) notifications, can’t > over. Nothing happens. Notifications right Under” wrist “choice. Make sense?

If you are having issues with a missing option on your tracker then please restart it. If the app isn't responding in certain area then log out, restart your phone and log back in. Also make sure the app is up to date.

I did a live chat with two different people yesterday and one phone call to
customer service. I have deleted charge 3, deleted app, restart charge,
turned phone off and on, updated software and nothing has brought that
notifications back on wristband. On person told me it was never there. I
know it was but doubted myself and googled it. I think the issue in the app
with not being able to go right on arrow under the notifications setting
has something to do with it too. I can’t see what notifications are turned
on to come through. My calls and texts do come through but I had others
also. Checked all my settings on my phone too.
