Charge 3 not showing the correct time

I travelled into another time zone at the weekend - Charge 3 correctly changed to one hour behind my home time zone.  Travelled back home and it is now showing correct time zone but wrong number of hours behind GMT. In Atlantic time zone, shows as -3 hours GMT.  Should be -4 hours.

Tried cheating the system by setting it to Toronto time zone, which is showing as -4 hours GMT - that didn't work, it still stays as wrong time, even though synced.

Hello @Frankie66. Welcome to the community forums.

Thank you very much for the detailed information and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried prior to posting. If the time on your Charge 3 is still incorrect after syncing, I'd recommend making sure the time zone setting in the Fitbit app is correct. For more information, I recommend visiting the following help article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?

The time zone itself is correct. It is showing the wrong hours difference from GMT. Shows -3 should be -4. Is it possible to change that?

Hm. For some reason, although I had taken that first step several times and it hadn't worked, I did it today and it is now showing the correct time. Weird but problem solved. Thank you for your help.  🙂
