My charge 3 does not synch active minutes

Thanks for the details shared in your post. Please take in consideration that the active minutes are awarded when the activity you're doing or logging is more strenuous than regular walking. Also keep in mind that active minutes are only recorded for activities that last 10 minutes or longer. I recommend to restarting your tracker and making sure your device is syncing. If you're experiencing any difficulties with syncing, please try our tips in Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

I appreciate your efforts and the additional details. I would like to confirm if your Active minutes show 0 on the Today tab, or you don't see the option for Active minutes at all? Do you manually log your exercises or have any third party app connected to your Fitbit account? I will be glad to investigate further.
