I bought a new Fitbit Charge 3. It seems that I have problem syncing, I tried everything I could including factory reboot, but still not working. I then unpaired it and tried my old Galaxy Note 8, and there was no problem syncing. So I am wondering is it because Fitbit Charge 3 does not support Galaxy Note 10+ yet? any Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ user have success story to sync with Fitbit Charge 3?

Your new phone is not on the list of Approved Devices.

Hi there @steviezhang, welcome to the Community Forums. I appreciate you've taken the time to troubleshoot the syncing difficulties between your Charge 3 and your Galaxy Note 10+ prior to contacting us.
I'm afraid to say that a reason why your Charge 3 may be not syncing is due to this phone is not yet a compatible device with the Fitbit app. As @SunsetRunner mentioned, you can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
However, note that there is a possibility that your Charge 3 can sync and while there isn't a guarantee that it'll always work, we can try to troubleshoot this situation together. If you've not done so, please remove your Charge 3 from the Bluetooth settings, turn off other Bluetooth connections that aren't in use and set up your Charge 3 as a new device and set up the notifications again.
I hope this helps, let me know if you need further assistance.

My Charge 3 had no issue syncing with my note 10 plus. That was the beginning of Dec. Last week I am unable to receive text messages on it. Fitbit is saying it is a compatibility issue which is in their warranty. So we have no recourse. I have done everything possible to re-establish a connection but nothing happens. Everything else works fine. So I am going to do more research on the connectivity.

same problem. I went to devices and add new device. Named it charge 3. It asked for the 4 Bluetooth security digits. The numbers were displayed on the watch. I entered the and the note 10 started syncing immediately.
