My charge 3 isn’t syncing to my I phone anymore. Can anyone help?

Hi @Karenbevy,

 

Have you restarted it?  Just plug it into a computer and hold down the side button for about 10 seconds (I think).  Release it and once you see the happy face, your C3 has restarted!
