Charge 3 not syncing

My Fitbit charge 3 is no longer syncing with the app, have tried all the troubleshooting advice and nothing works! I have paid for premium membership but this is pointless as the info is not being sent from Fitbit.

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. I see where your disappointment is coming from. 

I'd like you to confirm this syncing troubleshooting was followed. Also please check that you're running a compatible operating system: 

  • Apple iOS 12.2 or higher
  • Android OS 7.0 or higher 
  • See additional tips for Android phones and tablets.

Are you getting any error message when trying to sync your Charge 3?

Yes I have tried this, yes I have the OS9 operating system.

Still not working.

Mine too ! is stuck on yesterday and two hours ahead in time. I've tried all the trouble shooting suggestions , no luck. Its hasn't synced for 4 days.
