Charge 3 not syncing

I realized today that my Charge 3 was about 2 minutes behind all of my other devices, and upon the advice of another forum post I tried to sync it to my phone (iPhone 6). It refused to sync to the fitbit app and apparently hasn't for a few days, so I checked my Bluetooth connections and my fitbit won't even appear. 

 

what do I do about this? my fitbit won't connect at all to my phone and is still a few minutes behind
