Charge 3 not tracking anything

A couple of days ago my charge3 stopped tracking my heart rate. I reset the device, changes clock faces, cleared data, and everything else suggested. Now nothing is being tracked. No sleep, no steps, nothing. I have rebooted again, and still nothing. All I have now is a watch! Any suggestions?
