Hi,
Hope ua doing great.
It's a more than a year old tracker. For the past few months, After the latest firmware upgrade, it's not tracking anything. I don't see a green light at the back of the tracker either. No steps, no heartrate, no alerts for movement, even screen wake up is not working (I had to multiple times tap to see time 😛 ). I have tried syncing and restarting and reset the data. Nothing fixed the issue.
I know it's more than a year tracker and can't be replaced but Its an expensive and premium brand product that should at least work for a couple of years, right? at least it should do its basics stuffs .. Any help would be appreciated.
