Hi

My charge 3 tracks the steps etc but does not register the exercise type and if it does it only registers 15 minutes of a 60 minute workout. I know it misses the first 10 minutes. I have tried all the trouble shooting steps. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app etc but it doesn't work.

Please help!
