My Fitbit hasn’t been tracking sleep since Monday. I’ve rebooted it several times and nothing. It’s a brand new charge 3, I’ve had it a month and it was working fine till Monday when this started happening.

Hi @SpookyRachx, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 is not tracking your sleep. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your tracker before this in order to avoid losing current data. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your sleep.
Finally, monitor your Charge 3 and see if it tracks your sleep properly.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

Hi, I did this and now it’s not synching steps. Do I need to unpair it in the app? Or just on the tracker?

My charge 3 has stopped recording my sleep as well... I did the reboot and repairing of the device.... it’s still not tracking sleep... this is my 2nd charge 3 because the first one the battery died and wouldn’t hold a charge. Is this another malfunction? Do I need to get another replacement?

Now mine is only tracking part of my sleep. It says I work up at 2:30 am and never went back to sleep.... it’s so frustrating

That’s what mine was doing and rebooting it from the tracker didn’t work. The factory reset thing suggested on this thread worked for me, just make sure you sync before you do it. I also unpaired then reconnected my tracker with my phone because it stopped tracking steps as well 🙄

I’ve had to factory reset it twice this week. Why is it not tracking sleep when it’s tracking my heart rate when I’m asleep? Honestly kinda pissed that I paid for a tracker and it’s not working.
