Charge 3 not tracking sleep

Had original charge hr. 2 of them bands fell off. Bought new charge 3. Band is great tracking is not. Steps way too high. Same with floors. Sleep tracking non existent even when starting sleep on device. Waste of money

Same here. Sleep tracked for a while then stopped. Will try to contact Fitbit.
