It's great to see you around, @Whayles.

If your tracker isn't registering your sleep information, I recommend trying the following:

  1. Manually sync the Fitbit. See instructions in the help article: How do Fitbit devices sync their data?
  2. Restart the Fitbit. See instructions in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Try sleeping with the Fitbit on your non-dominant hand.
  4. If steps 1-3 don't work, I suggest manually logging your sleep to reflect the time slept. See instructions in the help article: How do I change my sleep history?

Let me know the outcome. 🙂

The link you give for how to change your sleep history points to tracking your EOV link: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1876/?q=Sleep&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1

this problem occurs throughout your help pages, so I have been unable to access the help page for changing sleep settings. Please have someone correct these links to actually point to the sleep settings page (if one exists).
