the battery is not holding a charge, charged it last night and this morning it will not turn on. Put it back on the charger and held the button, still nothing.

@Mljac If you already tried restarting or doing a factory reset and that didn't work, then I'd recommend you contact Customer Support for further guidance. It could be a faulty battery. Best of luck!
