I’ve had this charge 3 for about 12 months, it used to vibrate and show the notification, it has stopped doing this although I didn’t change any settings. Most probably after an upgrade. Any clues if this can be fixed, I’ve tried all the usual things including rebooting but no luck.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? Do you receive notifications but your device doesn't vibrate? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

Hi
I’ve got the charge 3
It stopped a little while ago, I think after an upgrade. I have an iPhone
11pro.
I can see the notifications on my fitbit if I scroll and look for other wise
there is no vibration or pop up, this used to work but no more sadly.
I’ve done all suggestions, and rebooted,
The watch is only about 12 months old
I’m a bit disappointed with it if I’m honest, I had an older model before
which I only upgraded due to a crack in the screen. This one also doesn’t
have a good light either, it’s very hard to read.
