I followed the instructions for a rest several times and the unit just stopped vibrating. Need to know if anyone has a solution. Thanks!

If you did an update recently, your device is most likely bricked. This actually happened to my first Charge 3. If it doesn’t vibrate, and the green heart beat light doesn’t blink, it’s probably gone. You could try to do a hard factory reset. I think that you need to stick a pin into the little hole on the left of the device for 15 to 30 seconds. This probably won’t work either, but it can’t hurt to try. Otherwise, get a new one if it’s new, or look at other devices.
