So my fitbit charge 3 is dead all because it took a tiny microscopic amount of water in. This is false advertising, it is NOT waterproof and i wasn't even close to 50 meters, I'm talking showers, dishes and splash pads with the kids. The minute the warranty is over, fitbit products fail and all they do is give you another discount...I'm done with paying more money everytime. No budgjng on replacement for a device that is poorly designed. Too bad, i was enjoying my watch all this time.

My Charge 3 did the exact same thing. Fitbit customer service is terrible. They are not empowered to make any exceptions for a barely out of warranty product! I will never buy another one of their poor products while paying a premium for it. You can buy similar products for 1/6 of the price, and throw it away if it fails.

same here. Never wear it in the shower and I forgot to take it off the one time and now the screen is blank and wont show a thing.
