I’m incredibly frustrated with my charge 3 and the Fitbit support staff.
due to an update this week, my charge 3 quit reading my heart rate. After reaching out and attempting their “troubleshooting” tactics, it still doesn’t work. I’ve now been in contact with 3 different people who have looked into my problem, but instead of fixing it, they just want to throw me a pathetic 25% off discount code so I can but a new one.
This is my 3rd one that has done this. the fact that these cannot last 12 months and 3 days is ridiculous. I will be taking my business to Apple because at least their fitness tracker can last 2-3 years.
