Hi , my charge 3 wasn't charging 'even tried a new charger' and is now dead and won't do anything.  I've checked all the previous topics and answers and can't find a solution. Please help!!!!!!!!!

I don't know what is going on, it all started this past Sunday October 18, 2020, and I still can't get my Fitbit Charge 3 going. I had what looked like a Pixie Dust Paint Blotch appearance, and then my screen went totally blank. I have tried things I have read that people suggested, and still to no avail have I been able to get a screen showing anything which makes no sense. I had noticed recently before this happened, the screen brightness was fading and tried to adjust with the setting on the Charge 3, but it didn't do any good because on Sunday when I looked at my display, it wasn't showing anything but Pixie Dust Blotches. I hope someone figures this thing out soon to help us get back to our device functioning.

Hey LisaBunn, I can't help you, except to say that I have the same. My Fitbit registered my run this morning and then about 4 hours ago became unresponsive - blank screen, no reaction to restart/reboot attempts. Nothing, except getting warm in the charger. 

This is my third Fitbit in less than two years due to glitches. Not happy.
