My fitbit screen is completely black. It will vibrate when put on charge, and when I try to reboot, but I can't see if it is actually rebooting because it made no difference to the screen.

Hi there @h00al2 and @Jaimeht, it's nice to see you around the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 screens went blank, I understand where your concern is coming from. Thanks for already trying to solve the issue prior to posting here, I'll be glad to help you.
Since the restart hasn't worked, please check in the Fitbit app if your Charge 3 is still syncing. If that is the case, try changing the clock face to a different one by following these steps : How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?. The steps are done through the Fitbit app, do not worry if you cannot see anything on the screen for this process.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

I have the same problem. I have rebooted the Charge multiple times, also change the clock face multiple times. Still no display and don't know how to proceed.
