Charge 3 only registers half workout

Hi all.

I have restarted, uninstalled, reset and done a the steps in trouble shooting but my charge 3 only registers half the aerobic workout I do. It does register the steps and activity, when you go into activity breakdown it only has half of what I've done there. Also I have to change the name from walk to aerobic workout.

It never used to do this and has only just started.

Please help its driving me mad!
