Charge 3 overheats when charging

Charge 3 constant vibration then died. So plugged in now overheat and is hot too touch.

They couldn't help me only off a small perfect to buy a new one. I was hoping to get support or a place too fix. But as I read charge 3 has been an issue with this vibration thing. Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone
