Charge 3 pairing issues when changing WiFi-mobile network

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

 Everytime I change from WiFi to mobile network and vice versa, my Charge 3 is not connected anymore to my phone (Android 11). I always have to pair again manually. Anyone knows any fixes? It never happened with my previous phone (Android 10)

@Sofie_Vervoort I hope you're doing well!

Let me help you with this. This is odd. Does the tracker itself is removed from your account? Does it show on the bluetooth list on your phone? Could you share screenshots of what you see on the Fitbit app and on the bluetooth settings area? I suggest you clear the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  5. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

Hope this helps.
