Charge 3 pixelated display

I’ve owned this charge 3 for a year now with no issues. Last night I noticed that the screen had gone completely pixelated and unreadable. I attached the charger cable and attempted a reset which just resulted in the screen going completely blank. No smiley face came back on. Weirdly enough the charge 3 will vibrate when I get notifications from my phone, and it’s still able to read my heart rate as I can see it on the app in my phone. I’ve tried several times to reset - one time it actually worked and the display came back - only to return back to the pixelated mess 5 mins later. I’ve even tried syncing new clock faces with no success. What can I do at this point?Here is a photo of the display

I am having exactly the same issue with my charge 3. My screen is either blank or unreadable, but is still syncing with my phone. I’ve tried resetting but the screen is still unreadable. How do I fix it?
