Hi there!
I noticed the pixels on my Charge 3 disappearing the other day and it's getting worse.
I tried restarting it twice today, but no luck. Any other suggestions?
I purchased in July 2019.

The same thing happened to me. I purchased mine in August 2019. If you call support (877) 623-4997 you should be able to still get a replacement since you purchased it in July. I would hurry though, because once a year is up, I believe you will only be offered a discount for another device (unless you purchased an additional warranty). Unfortunately, it is a common issue with the Charge 3 so there is no guarantee that your replacement wont have the same thing happen.
