Is there anyway to get help from Fitbit? I have had my watch for just about a year now. I have several problems with it and none of the fixes recommend have worked. The device gets worse daily. I have emailed Fitbit and put messages on here with no response. What do I need to do to get a response from Fitbit??

I think Fitbit have suspended email support due to the pandemic and customer support do not monitor these user forums. They still offer telephone and webchat support though. Details can be found at contact.fitbit.com 

 

Note that the webchat option only works when people are available.
