I updated to a charge 3 in July 2019 then the screen display started failing in March 20 so after a lengthy discussion I was awarded a replacement which looked like a reconditioned one not a new one ,now this one is not connecting to the phone and Bluetooth will NOT connect deeming the device useless ,I’m told that they can’t do anything for me because I have had a replacement and I quote they suggest that I look at the replacement that I was sent ! THIS IS THE REPLACEMENT!!! I work for the NHS and don’t have money to burn or time to waste trying to source something of which i heavily relay on for work .... i’m so fed up with fighting Fitbit and would advise people to stir clear of the brand as I will also be doing .
