Hi my screen on my charge 3 started flashing from one readout to another and not holding it's charge. Now it's stopped working all together. This device is still in warranty.

Hi @Coey, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear about the screen and battery issues that your Charge 3 experienced.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they will reply to your last email soon in order to follow up. Please keep an eye on your email account.
