Hello, I am having trouble with quick response for Snapchat. It works for text but not Snapchat. I get an :mobile_phone_with_arrow: I know that means open in phone but I set my husbands Versa up to answer on his watch but forget how and not sure if compatibility played a part

Apps that allow you to reply to a message directly from the notification on your Android phone also support quick replies on your Fitbit device. This includes, but isn’t limited to, apps such as:

  • Text messages
  • Twitter
  • Facebook Messenger
  • Line

Note that devices paired to an iPhone or Windows 10 phone can only respond to Fitbit app notifications.
