Hello Everyone,
My Fitbit Charge 3 was replaced under warranty, and my new one seems to have issues of its own.
When I hit the exercise button, it takes me to my options for exercises. I tap on an exercise. I tap start. Then, when I try to tap let's go, it freezes and nothing happens. A few seconds later the screen goes black and the side button doesn't even create a vibration. I press the side button at least a dozen times, and it will finally start buzzing; the screen won't light up though. About a dozen more taps on the side button, and the screen lights up. I go through the process again, and it works just fine.
It has done this since I received it. I have done the hard reset more than once, and it still happens multiple times a week.
Any ideas?
I don't like wasting time messing with tech; especially when its function is to track the activity I am about to do.
Thanks.
