Charge 3 return process

I bought a fitbit charge 3 online that i was very excited to use, unfortunately didnt like it because i thought the screen was too small. After that i fell very sick and couldn’t leave the house to return it. i had to quarantine myself for a very long time, Leaving the house would put me in danger as well as  the employees and EVERYONE. I contacted the manager to process a refund and he was like you had to drop it at the store even if you are sick. Thisis INSANE every respectable company i know of extended its return policy, are yall expecting me to drive when i am literally dying not being able to breathe, you have no idea what i have been through, with all the pain i was experiencing returning a fitbit should be the last of my concerns. I would like to get a return NOW
