Charge 3 screen and button are not working properly

My charge 3 gives all sorts of trouble since a week or 2. The display gets stuck. Does not respond to the press or touch.

Only way to start is to 'hard boot' by pressing the device 3 seconds in the loading clip as described on a forum here. 

The battery turns completely down after an hour or 2. The reset via the display (settings menu) of device itsself does not solve the problem. Loading the device for an entire night does not solve anything. At times, the device gives messages about do not disturb / sleep mode and gives a sign every 10 seconds or so, keeps vibrating on my wrist.

At some times the device does not react to any press or touch of the screen. In other cases it is doeing fine for an hour or 2 and maybe even register a 40 minute training.

Dear Edson, My problems got worse, during the last 5 days, Display got completely stuck, or should I say went wild. After recharging it kept switching on every few seconds which resulted in a completely run down battery after an hour. I tryed the reset on the watch, tried reset in the charger, nothing helped. I visited the shop where I purchased the watch and they registered it for return. I got a credit note and purchased a new Fitbit, Charge 4 this time. They did not have Charge 3 available any more. This means My problems are solved and I no longer need your reply to this message. Best regards, Lucienne.
