Hi,
My charge3 has been refusing to recharge more than 5% the last few days. I've tried all the various tips I can find (cleaned the connections, rebooted the fitbit both ways, & tried another charger. It just gets to 5% and then just vibrates and displays "battery is not charging". I purchased it 8 months ago, and assume the next step is to send it in to be fixed and/or replaced - but can't find online any instructions on how to proceed. I live in New Zealand (so US info doesn't apply). Whilst it's inoperational I've had to revert back to my old inspire (so my fitbit account is currently attached to that) but I'd really rather have my charge working again.
