Charge 3 screen and notifications issues

All of a sudden my screen on my charge 3 has gone 1/2 black.  Also, my notifications have stopped.  Doesn't vibrate (and yes it's turned on) when I get a phone call or a text.  I have tried several times to reboot but does NOT work.  I have only had this for 5 months tops!

Hi @licyrose, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that half of the screen of your Charge 3 has gone black and the notifications feature stopped working. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
