Hi,
I am trying to pair my fitbit charge 3 to my account but I cannot get the screen to enter the code on the phone.
Its fully charged and I can see the green flashing lights. I have tried the 15 second reset Ive seen on other posts and its not working.
I want to try changing the clock face to see if that works but cannot pair and I cannot see the 4 digit code on the watch
Any other Ideas please?

Hi @linnshee, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 won't turn on and it won't show the 4-digit code in order to pair it with your phone. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone and email. Please reply to their last email in order to follow up.
