Hi,
my Fitbit has a few lines of missing pixels on it. I’ve reset the device many times and changed the clock faces. No change.
the device is also now not connecting to the app on my phone. I’ve tried to reset for this as well, including removing the device from the app and connecting again but it will not pick up the device. Resetting my phone and Bluetooth as well. No other Bluetooth devices are connected at this time. Please help me out as nothing else in the form has seemed to help.

Hi @Empen, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear about the screen and syncing issues that your Charge 3 has experienced. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
