Every day my charge 3 screen has got darker and darker and now I can't see anything. I've tried to long restart it and it won't do that either. I've tired changing the face too but nothing is working. It is only just 1 year old.

Hi @Clare1304, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Charge 3 is dark and it's hard to read. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please try a regular restart. To do so on your device, follow the steps listed in this help article. After this, monitor the screen of your tracker and see if the issue gets fixed.

I've tried this and it's still the same. In fact the screen is so bad I can't see anything anymore. Definitely hasn't fixed the problem I'm afraid. Is there anything else I can try.
