My Charge 3's screen black and I cannot get it to sync with my phone or when I plug it into the computer. I have tried the plug it in, hold button down for 15 seconds, unplug it and plug it back in. Nothing happens. I'm at a loss on what to do. Its not very old and I'm super disappointed in it. Please help!!

The same thing is happening w my Charger 3. When I plug it in I do see a line across the front, but everything else is dead. Please respond, I took it off about 6 months ago because it died. Susie
