If that doesn't work, it might be a dead screen or device and then you should contact Customer Support. Best of luck!

Best AnswerMy chrge 3 is blank, i have iphone 11, all data r shown on the fitbit app., it synchronizes well, but i can see nothing on the screen, i tried plugging in, forcing a restart, changing face appl, unfortunately nothing worked.
