Charge 3 screen corrupted

Just charged my Fitbit Charge 3 and my screen now looks like this. Have tried a 8 and 15 second reset and it is still the same. Can anyone help?

Mine is doing this too, but it started before I put it on to charge and I thought it was because the battery was extremely low but it has persisted.

 

Update: just went through a live chat with support and after much sync and reboot troubleshooting they will be replacing my device. Good luck to you!
