Just charged my Fitbit Charge 3 and my screen now looks like this. Have tried a 8 and 15 second reset and it is still the same. Can anyone help?

Mine is doing this too, but it started before I put it on to charge and I thought it was because the battery was extremely low but it has persisted.

 

Update: just went through a live chat with support and after much sync and reboot troubleshooting they will be replacing my device. Good luck to you!

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this display issue by yourselves and the attachments. Upon checking with our support team, I was told that you have already contacted them. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide you a solution, just keep an eye on your inbox for further assistance.
